Job Description
On Deck Deliveries is in search of Support Specialists who embody our principle of being the "Hardest Worker In The Room." This role is crucial for ensuring timely, safe, and customer-focused delivery services. Our Support Specialists are the backbone of our operation, responsible for not just supporting Delivery Drivers, but also for assembly, installation, and maintaining the highest levels of customer service.

Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check, MVR, DOT Physical and drug screen
- Possible exceptions for non-drivers when available
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver heavy items 100 pounds.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
- Must have a smartphone
- Ability to use smart phone or device for routing and electronic proof of deliveries (PODs)
- Be committed to ongoing training to improve processes
Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and dispose of delivery-related debris, keeping our delivery sites clean and organized.
- Assist the driver with navigating routes, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each destination.
- Conduct pre-delivery calls and manage dispatch tracks to keep customers informed and operations running smoothly.
- Prepare items for delivery, ensuring all components are accounted for and properly packaged.
- Conduct thorough checks before and after each delivery, ensuring all items are correctly delivered and installed.
- Provide exceptional service to customers, addressing any queries or concerns with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Act as a spotter for the driver, ensuring safe maneuvering of the vehicle, especially when reversing or navigating tight spaces.
